The Gleneagles Apartment community is located at the intersection of I-75 and Man O' War Boulevard near Hamburg Pavilion, one of the fastest growing retail centers and part of the fastest growing corridor in Lexington.
The eight-building, 184 apartment community was developed with both families and singles in mind. The design of the development and facilities compliments the surrounding residential and commercial developments.
Gleneagles was financed through the issuance of tax-exempt bonds in cooperation with the Kentucky Housing Corporation. Our development has been identified as one the the premium affordable housing communities in Kentucky utilizing the program.
