Woodland setting minutes from the city

Imagine a community with the enticing feel and proximity of woodland settings, yet only minutes away from the best Louisville has to offer. We did. And that's why we created Falcon Crest, featuring 14 patio homes, 48 condos, and 208 apartments.

Falcon Crest is situated on more than 24 acres in Louisville's Okolona neighborhood, near the intersection of Blue Lick and South Park Roads. The peaceful setting is enhanced by a system of community nature walks, and a scenic pond with fountain.

The condos and patio homes of Falcon Crest were built with traditional bank financing, while the apartments were finance by issuing tax-exempt bonds in cooperation with the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
