The Elk River Senior Apartment community was created for moderate-income residents, 55 and over, interested in an active, social lifestyle.
Located just five minutes from the Georgetown historic district, the 40 independent living apartments were developed in a traditional single building layout with a maintenance-free brick and vinyl siding exterior and attractive landscaping.
Elk River was financed with housing tax credits allocated through Kentucky Housing Corporation.
