LDG gave this 30-year-old property a complete renewal: new plumbing, roofing, decking, windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, appliance, and heating and air conditioning for all 456 affordable rental units.
With all its up-to-the-minute features, Cambridge Station is set in the atmosphere of an older, built-up neighborhood. And it is about a mile and a half from i-465, so there is convenient access to schools, shopping, the airport, parks and recreation.
The renovation of Cambridge Station was financed with tax-exempt bonds through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
